You asked for one... and I am happy to deliver - an Improv day just for women!  Join me and some really fun women for a morning... an afternoon... or a whole day of laughter.

9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

or

1:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Each workshop is only $30 (includes tax!)

As well as making you laugh hysterically, Improv games exercise your brain in new ways to help you:

• speak with more confidence,
• reduce your fear of “looking stupid” in public, 
• and feel energized! 

This is a just-for-fun half day where you will learn to think faster by not thinking, meet other women who like laughing, and get some new skills.  No acting experience (or interest) needed.

Workshops in the fall!

Time to play!

I am offering two Level I half-day workshops (mornings)... and two Level II half-day workshops (afternoons) this fall at the Quaker Meeting House on Fourth Ave. in Ottawa. 

Level I is for those who have not experienced Improv before, or those who just enjoy playing!  The beauty of Improv is that you can participate in the same exercises over and over because they are new every time.

Level II is for those who have some Improv experience and want to play with characters and scenes more.
